What Is Historic Firsts?
Historic Firsts is a free daily browser game in which players arrange six landmark inventions, discoveries, and milestones into chronological order along a timeline, from earliest to most recent. How The Game Works
Every day, Historic Firsts deals six cards — each one a landmark first, such as the first powered flight, the first vaccine, or the first photograph. You drag the cards into the order the events happened, from earliest to most recent, and submit. You have three attempts before the edition closes until the next day. Flipping a card reveals the story behind the first, so you learn a little history whether you win or lose.
Where It Fits
Historic Firsts belongs to the family of daily puzzle games popularised by Wordle and NYT Connections: one short, finishable puzzle a day, free to play, with a result you can share. It is closest in spirit to chronological-order games such as Chronle and Timdle, and is often described as Wordle for history.
